Reasons to be Cheerful is all about promoting smiles and making sure our customers have a great day. We are a group of people who love ice cream and do our best to take care of each other and our community.

A few important notes: to work at Reasons to be Cheerful, you must be a team player. We need people who can think quickly, follow the rules, and communicate with customers and coworkers. We can teach you how to scoop ice cream, but you have to be able to solve problems. Can we trust you to do your job with a smile when there is a line out the door? Will you be able to keep the counters clean, inventory stocked, dishes done, and share responsibilities with the staff? If you make a mistake, can you learn from it, get up, and try again? Good! We want you!

An important note: We don't hire through parents. When a parent or comes in to ask if we're hiring because their kid needs a job, that's a mark against you. If you want to work here, come apply yourself.
